getting own bank account?

when i was young my parents set up a checking and savings account for me.
i am almost 22 and am starting to have problems with my parents, so I would like for the accounts to only be accessible to me....it's my money that I put in there from my job.
is there a way to get their names remove from my checking and savings accounts?
