Dr. Who Themed White Elephant Gifts?
Doing a white elephant this year with our extended family. Most are major Dr. Who fans. So I thought it'd be fun if my gift incorporated Dr. Who. But I don't want to spend more than $5. Any ideas?

Usually you can get t-shirts or even small Daleks from places like Hot Topic. You could even try making your own scarf, like the Fourth Doctor's.

It is a bit more than five dollars, but you could get a tardis cell phone ring alert charm, which attaches to the cell phone and lights up and spins when they have a call coming in, or a tardis or screwdriver flash drive.
