Peri-Menopause Hell: What can I do to get better?
Hello ALL, here's my story:
I am a 49 year old peri-menopausal woman. I work out 3x a week. I don't eat white sugar, white pasta or white bread! I eat very well & yet I feel as if I need to be somewhere AWAY from humankind! I take VERY high-end vitamins, including calcium. My family doesn't know what to expect from me, on a day to day basis!
Having said that, below are the symptoms I am experiencing, as we speak:
1. Sleep Deprivation
2. Anger/Rage
3. Lethargic
4. Insecure
5. Stressed Out
6. Body Aches
7. Irrational Behavior
8. Mean/BAD Temper
9. Uncontrollable Rapid Heartbeats
10. Isolated
11. Depressed
12. Hot Flashes between my breasts
13. Unfocused
14. Bouts Of Crying
I don't understand how any woman can get through/got through such a TUMULTUOUS time in her life, without being institutionalized! Ladies (or anyone for that matter) please help me, I know, some of you all have been through this & can offer me some very valuable tips! I don't know how much more of this HELL on Earth, I can take!
