Well it kind of has to because the 2nd Phase of The Marvel Cinematic Universe Is supposed to be darker and more personal.
Iron Man 3:
Here Tony Stark has inevitably changed his view on life because of the events of New York and understands that the universe he lives in is expanded. In this movie he will be personally attack because pretty much his armory and world is crushed and to the credit of director Shane Black it will focus on whether if The Suit makes the man or does the man make the suit.
Thor: The Dark World:
Obviously Loki Was the semi mastermind in The Avengers and has been taken back to Asgard by Thor And this movie will particulate early explore the city of Asgard and a more personal look at the relationship between Loki and Thor. Don't be surprised also if a certain future villain from The Avengers makes a special cameo to confront Loki.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier:
Yet again this is one of the main factors for marvels Phase 2 puzzle. Here Steve Rogers will have to confront basically his past and his future and trying to fit in the modern world where he is not accustomed to and will most likely see pain due to the fact that his former best friend Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier will be against him And maybe you'll see a special cameo from his love interest in the first Captain America.
Guardians of the Galaxy:
So in this coming feature I cant give you an in deph detail due to the fact that I haven't looked much into it but am interested still because this will be the final motion leading up to The Avengers 2. All I know is that a certain someone from the first Avengers Movie will be the main villain and antagonist for the Guardians. You can expect a special appearance by Iron Man the throughout this movie.
Basically to sum it all up Phase 2 will have a more personal touch on each Avenger And we'll explore their strength but more weaknesses throughout these films

Yet another comic book threequel will grace theater screens again. But is it worth our time. I Say to you sir OF COURSE!!!!
After seeing the trailer i was already planning on seeing it in imax 3D. Too me it will definetly break the curse and from the look of the trailer it looked like it was going to be like ironman 1 where tony loses everything even pepper potts!! So yeah its gonna break it and make 100000 Billion dollars any doubts. I Thought not. :D
