I'm not sure if how much muscle i have gained?
Okay i am 17 5,5 and weigh 120 pounds. I have been working out in a strength class for 5 months i definitly see myself very muscular but idk why i have only gained 2 pounds in the past 5 months. I also have a very high metablism and i drink muscle milk mostly after every workout and i eat pretty healthy. I make sure to get a ton of protein. But my question is even though i only gained 2 pounds do you think that i still gained a lot of muscle?
