Paypal question about making a payment?

I ordered some stuff online last night and payed for it through paypal. Problem is my Paypal account is showing it as pending even though I have the cash in my account. Need the stuff I ordered by next weekend as it's Christmas presents and I'm only visiting Saturday so if I don't have them by then I'm gonna have to by other things.
Why would it be pending when I've got the cash in my account?

I've over £200 in my account and would have thought it would be instant as never had a problem before. It's still showing as pending so starting to get worried as can't see me getting it for Saturday.

Cash in paypal account? It should have been instant.

Cash in a bank account linked to Paypal? It would have been instant if you also had a credit card linked to the account. Otherwise it's an echeck and takes 3-5 business days to clear.
