I tend to jog to loose weight, but my calves are getting too bulky to look good in heels now :\ Does anyone know of any exercises that still burn fat, but without gaining muscle? preferably inside ones due to the winter weather in scotland being horrid.

Do ir something that you could shake your body, try to do some Zumba, Yoga or Dancing Therapy. All three you could do without problem at home.
Try to walk as much you can and take at least 4 meals a day which is completely without oil and fat free. stop drinking soft drinks. only water 8 to 10 glasses in a day. Walking or jogging is the best excersise to lose weight without gaining muscles.
fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process
