Could this be implantation bleeding?

I had my baby 6 months ago. I'm breast feeding and the bc pill I take is supposed to make me not have a period. Today, I have been spotting a darker brown and I'm worried it might be implantation bleeding. I haven't had any spotting before today, and I've been on schedule with the pill for 5 months.
