Red Krill does contain Omega-3, that can be derived from shellfish, but I don't think it
would be bad if you sre not allergic to it.
Actually I see no other things in Krill oil, that as you say, bad.
It has EPA, and DHA, and astaxanthin.
From everything I read, and not on the internet, All 3 substances have
shown to have some benefit to your health.
And just as a side note, you can find supplements with Omega-3 derived from plants.
