Do you think Obama is going to be considered a great president when his presidency is over?

I am curious how high Obama is going to be ranked once his presidency is over. If he does the things he wants to do in his second term like Gun control, Immigration reform, Tax reform and deficit reduction than maybe he will be considered a great president. I'm not sure if he will be a highly ranked president like Bill Clinton.

no, he is going to be considered an influential president, but not a great president. He hasn't done anything yet, but maybe that'll change in the next 4 years.

On a scale of 1-10, I think Obama will be rated about 6 to 8. I am an Obama supporter (kinda), but I think he may get more credit than he deserves just because he was the first black president which is kind of unfair. In the end though, unfortunately, presidents really don't get a lot of credit for what they do, they get blamed and get credit for what happens while their in office, even if they are not responsible for it. A lot of things that happen are a cause of policies set by presidents that sometimes came several years before they got office. If the country is doing great when they come in, and some policies take effect that cause big problems, the president in office gets blamed.

If you can guarantee that the criminal at my front door will have a clip with 10 rounds or less, I will go along with President Obama.

If you can guarantee that criminals will pay attention to “gun free” zones, I will go along with President Obama.

I thought so.
