I think so, yes. But, these things of attachment/home, don't necessarily have to be stationary. For a lot of people, that rings true, but there are some otherwise. It could be a car, that you find as home, its a place, and it can move. and I'm sure there are a few people, who really their only attachment to a place/home, is Earth. And some people find that other people are their home, and some people keep on searching for their "home" and keep on moving in need of it.

But lets be honest, if someone was floating around in space, somehow living, and had nothing, no place, no object no sense of anything except blackness and distant stars, I'm sure they wouldn't be very happy unless they fixated on something (like a distant planet) that let them know where they are in the universe. I know thats an extreme situation, but I think it clearly states that us humans needs something to tell us we belong....Show more

Yes but some people have had bad relationship experiences so do what is necessary to avoid close encounters.
