Hair and make up tips!? Please.?

I'm going back to private school. Yay..NOT! Well I need some hair and make up tutorials (My hair is should length I hope it will grow to at least an inch under my breast lol) The make up has to be light. Our school uniforms colors are khaki colors, red and navy blue. Please help. Thanks.(:

Kayla did bring up a good point... 7th+ is allowed to wear make up and I'm in the 7th+. It just can't be dark. They've changed the rules a lot since I left it's a lot better now. So I'm kinda excited to go back but not really lol. But yeahh sorry for the story xD Lol

Read up on your handbook, because you might not be able to wear makeup or jewelry. Makeup: try a brown or tan eye shadow with a light white accent, with a light coral lip(SOOOOPRETTY!) hair: try straigtening or curling it, put it into a half up and add a bow or bobbie pins!!
