And then they go on provisional rate jobs requiring no background checks. The american guys have too remain on regular wage jobs because they have drivers licenses and can take hazmat, etc.! This is unfair and sickening that my husband is really the one descriminated against. How doesnt this stop, and no, they do not lift a finger more than what needs done.

I think it's their puppy dog eyes & the fact that they are not black. So it's harder to be cruel to these guys and somehow it feels good for people to "help them out" . Unfortunately, just because they are darker and talk funny doesn't mean they are stupid. A lot of them make more money than the employer and some even have higher education levels, but they will not tell you that because them Mexicans are a sneaky bunch. It's put white people in a situation over the years. It sucks to see your gardener driving a new truck and sending his kids to private school especially when he is of an inferior race.

I'm white and I own several businesses. Here's my take on this: Show me a white guy willing to work without complaining or crying all the time, takes 2 hours break for lunch, comes in late for work, argues with their supervisors, not willing to come in when extra help is needed. Show me that guy and I'll hire him in an instant.
