All of us agree, no-one likes the new, slick Yahoo homepage. As they will not let us choose to return to the old one - and the effort to change to another server (which is no doubt anticipated) is too much, still I would like to eliminate most 'features'. How may I?

You no longer get to choose your quick links on the left. By browsing and scrolling and clicking the news feed, yahoo will gather information and supposedly adjust the links for you. This will allow for targeted ads to you. I have no intention of "training" Yahoo to target ads to me and have changed my home page. You may be able to better customize for yourself my making My Yahoo your homepage and choosing content you like as well as adding your favorites to your bookmarks. Good luck.
