How do you cope with general anxiety disorder?

I have it along with OCD and it is hard to manage. It comes on for no reason and my last attack had me hospitalized in psychiatric for a week.

It helps to talk to friends you meet at school or at church. It is nice to not focus on negative things. It helps to focus on positive things like looking at a photo album and seeing only nice things. Eating a bigger and fresher breakfast EVERY day and exercising for comfort will help. Skipping caffeine and smoking will help. Drinking tea might help. You might think back at your activities and habits when you did not have OCD and try to incorporate them again into your life.
