Back in 1968, my Country & Western pals gave me the nickname "Little Buddy" which was the title of one of Claude King's hits. Best known for "Wolverton Mountain", he also had big hits with "Big River, Big Man", "The Commancheros", "Tiger Woman", and "All For The Love Of A Girl". Claude King features regularly in my Classic Country Music listening sessions. May he rest in peace.
