Android vs iOS (read below)?
First off this is strictly for a smartphone. So here are my concerns for android. I have been mostly using apple wireless devices so far, i have an ipad and ipod touch. Now once i get my smartphone ill obviously wont use my ipod anymore but i will continue using the ipad. So i was wondering if i switch to android how the ecosystem between my devices would work. Also, i believe it is, but is Android compatible with itunes.
I know Android has plenty of different phones, so how do the app compatibility work. Do they have specific versions of apps for each type of phone? For example if i got Angry Birds on the Galaxy S3 would it be compatible to fit its screen size, and make the most use of the phones resolution? On apple this update has to happen about once a year so it wouldnt seem like a problem but how frequent do they update the apps to account for all the phones on android? Also whats the app market on android like?
And lastly what software do you think i should get? Im basically gonna use my phone for internet browsing, email, text, youtube, music, and playing games.
