Just supply it time. Nobody is going to head all bizerk over a company new youtube channel. 1000's (possibly hundreds) are made every day. Make your shows distinctive than others, and advertise it to other buddies and your school to let it acquire popularity. For those who give me the name i'll look it up and (attempt to) watch it time and again.
