I'm looking for a Historian?

Today in AP European History, my teacher gave us a DBQ. One of the documents featured a picture of a booklet that was given to Japanese children in 1938.

(This is the picture here; http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Gq4i2cfO_vM/Tz59tL91gnI/AAAAAAAAADg/vWwqRIhY2EY/s400/Japan+10.png)

The problem is that the DBQ doesn't cite any of its sources or have any other reference on what it actually is, that said, I am having trouble actually finding out who made it, or etc. I'm curious because I would like to know how many of these there are, and if there was any way that I could possibly get my hands on one.

So, anyone know a good historian, or a suggestion on how to find out more?

I can't provide very much information, but the events depicted are from late 1942. It is showing the Japanese at the high points of the war, having just expelled colonial powers from Burma, Indonesia, Indochina, Malay and the Philippines. These territories were part of the East Asian Co Prosperity Sphere. For morale and propaganda purposes the Japanese portrayed themselves a liberators.
