do allergy steroid nasal sprays enhance sports performance?

So I have some moderate allergies, that get better if I take some Claritin (Loratadine) and Rhinocourt Aqua prescription nasal corticosteroid spray (budesonide). I'm not so good at sports, but am training to get better. Today, my allergies seemed annoying so I took a dose of spray + Claritin, and felt better, I also seemed to be able to run better. Do allergy steroids enhance sports performance? Or is this just a normal training effect. If the spray gives me even a slight advantage, I'd like to stop it immediately. But also want to continue to use it because it helps my allergies.

Yes, I do know that they are "legal" but do they give me an advantage?

Yes they help...your nose is not running and you can breath. Antihistamines help you, staying hydrated helps you and eating the right things helps as well.

Its clearly not cheating though they are not anabolic steroids.

Your training is what is helping u improve.
