The anger mismanagement benefit?

Is it good for the soul for one to hulk out every now and then?

...I've never seen so many consecutive orange badges before.

If you can tap more into the David Banner side of the Hulk and use it creatively then there could be a benefit to it. Just don't go Jekyll and Hyde, they were a different kind of couple :P

Ever see 'The President's Analyst'? Marvelously therapeutic, but, as others have said, liable to put a person in jail.

I lost every fight I was in clear through High School. I've never lost a fight since. But, I owe a great debt to the people who pulled me off the losers. They kept me out of jail for manslaughter or worse.

My shrink describes me as a narcissistic anti-social anarchist.
I've been through four court ordered anger management courses.
Now that I'm too beat up for fisty cuffs, I'm more likely to shoot you.

Actually, my cognitive therapist has done wonders to mellow me in the past few years..... I haven't wanted to kill anybody all day.

Anger management teaches you to control your anger.
Anger leads to rage, and once you reach rage,
your already "out of control."
Example!
The Columbine shooting.

No it's not. A mature adult should know how to handle anger. To throw a tizzie is very immature.
