I've been dieting and exercising yet I've been getting bloated?

I had joined a kick boxing class last month. I go every week day except Fridays for 1 hour of intense cardio 1 hour of actual kick boxing. I've been on a diet since then and have given up meat. I eat very healthy with an occasional 1 cookie on a Sunday. I don't feel I'm losing any weight at all. In fact I feel like my stomach is growing. My thighs have shrunk and my friends have noticed it. But my stomach looks more and more bloated. I also feel hungry all the time which is strange because I hardly used to eat.

My diet consist of:
Hard boiled egg, wheat toast, raisin brand for breakfast

A fruit

A salad for lunch

A granola bar

Dinner: which is usually a meal involving vegetables

So why do I feel like I'm getting bigger?
I'm a 5'1 , 18 year old who weights 136 which is technically considered overweight.

Human body is made to survive so it has weird reactions. For example when you don't eat much and exercise a lot out of nowhere, your body will be like 'omg i think im in an island trying to survive, i shouldn't burn much energy, just in case'. That's why some dietitians say that you should eat some desert per week. even though you get all your vitamin and protein and stuff, you need to keep your energy now too low till your body gets used to it. to get rid of this, you can eat some sweet fruits, but not too much to ruin your diet. that should fix it.

It could be the raisin bran that's what it did to me
