Let's see, Obama waited until Congress voted down more gun laws. That happened between the bombing and now.
So Congress and their vote, which Obama had no control over, is what caused him to react with measures within his own powers. Yeah, right, that's Obama using the events to cover up his actions.
He announced what he was doing via public statements. Yep, trying to "sneak it."

Obama needs to sneak through a law that requires all US citizens intending to post questions on Yahoo have to have a responsible adult present.
That responsible adult has to approve the question before it can be posted.
And if it's a dumb question, the responsible adult will reject it being posted, and instead slap some sense into the idiot to make them stop asking stupid questions.
This would cut down on the number of dumb questions on Yahoo and reduce incidents of Americans perpetuating that "Dumb American" stereotype that's so embarrassing to the US and its people.
