Who is there to believe?

Someone who has to write more than one page just to reply to a simple meaningless sentence, or the one who doesn't feel the need to defend himself? Why do some people find it so important to bring others down after a simple statement of someone that was harmless?

Do people go into an attack mode because they feel threatened?

This isn't about me.. it's about something I've seen happening to someone.

1. No sentence is meaningless. One idea or thought could change the world. It happens every day.
2. People who don't defend themselves probably don't see the matter as very important or they have less volatile personalities. Maybe the issue just doesn't upset them or they control their emotions better than others.
2. Yes. People usually go into attack mode because they feel threatened, but not always. Some people find pleasure out of attacking the weak and gaining some sort of power over them, but that's usually due to some inferiority complex or some other psychological issue.

I think, As a Natural Creations, We Humans have the Need to Defend Our self, without Believing On Somebody, But, Most of the Time, When ever, Our Mind is Not Working Properly, We are Depend On Others, to Get for the Solutions, But, Sometimes, It May Not Understand by the Others Properly or They May Get Stressed by the Frequent Questions of the Same Manner, which, They may Not Find the Suitable Solutions to Convince the Questioner, Some of US, May Show Their Anger, Like the Same as the Parents Showing Their Anger On Their Continuously Crying Child. It is Better, without Taking It Seriously, When There is So Many Members Available Here.

I will call him stalwart who can answer a page for meaning less statement. It means He is able to give meaning to useless narration. I don't know what you mean by simple statement and finding it important to bring others down for harmless statment. It may be attack mode if language used is humiliating otherwise one has to analyse the entire answer with reference to the statement mode. It may be with any one you or else but answer must be proper, suitable, not humiliating rather console some one if need is there. Every thing depends on the So called simple statement.

Not sure what you are referring to, sounds like you've got a chip on your shoulder.... (or is that a dandelion!).

people tend to go on the defensive when they feel attacked. but no one HAS to justify their opinions or thoughts. People are free to choose their views themselves. people tend to mock when someone is ridiculously naive. Or has come with with something absurd.

maybe your "statement" was offensive or arrogant. i don't know without having more information regarding what you are referring to specifically.

I know someone like that . who can write a whole story against a simple sentence which was not even meant to be sarcastic . some people are just like that . I believe they are like this because they are big players themselves . and they think others are like them too .

and sometimes I think its because people do it because of their ego . snobby people...
