How do i lose 50 pounds?
I just cannot lose any weight I behave during the day but completely lose it at night... what do I do?

I just discovered a product called Limu... it is all natural and I know several people who are having great success with it so I have just started using it and selling it. Here's what you do:
1. Eat healthy, natural foods and spread your meals throught the day.
2. Drink lots of water.
3. Exercise 6 out of 7 days a week.
4. Get 8 hours of sleep a night.
5. Don't stress.

7. It's gonna take a while to start showing but the wait is worth it.
8. Limit your calorie intake to 1,200 calories a day and work off about 600 Calories a day
9. Don't give up, push yourself really hard and male the right choices.
10. Take a lemon, cut it up, squeeze the juice into a cup/ bottle of water. Then drink that when you have thoughts about eating sweets. ****Don't you lay a finger on those high calorie, heart diseased foods that call themselves "sweets."*****
11. Tell yourself that chocolate, candy, Icecream, cookies are just disgusting. Eww, why would anyone eat those things. Keep saying this to your self until you believe it.

2 wash face and brush teeth
3 eat kellog's slimming cereal
4 drink a cup of water
5 rest for one hour
6 go out running or buy a treadmil if embarassed by your look
7 after two hours of running go home and eat a salad with a cup of water
8 shower
9 rest for 30 minutes
10 sleep
Repeat for 14 days properly,my advice
