It's my fifth day of my first period. Regular size tampons have worked for me so far, but this morning I put it in then BOOM! In 23 minutes I had a full tampon and soaked pant liners. I was so embarrassed with myself! What should I do?

It is normal to have a lot of bleeding in the begining of your period. you could use a bigger size tampon but i wouldnt recommend it because it is your first period. Try the thick pads.

use super size and panty liners. or use regular and put an a full pad as well just in case.
