Do people pay for extra ketchup in Russia?
I saw a show where the main character was asked to pay for extra ketchup for his burger while he was in Moscow. I was also told by an friend of mine that people in India are charged for ice in their drinks.
Are these practices real or were they real in the past?
Does anyone have other example of countries regularly charging for things that other countries usually include in the purchase?
By the way, I'm not talking about luxurious, high priced businesses with odd practices. I'm talking about what people consider normal in their country.
