How can you retrieve a fax when you fax machine won't print it?

I have a Lexmark x5650 and I have the user manual. Problem is, i have no ink and no money to go buy any. I faxed something and I need the confirmation page. Is there a way to retrieve the confirmation page, save it on my computer and then print it elsewhere? Like from another printer? The User Manuel does not explain how to do this.
