What kind of geometry/math topics should I review to succeed in trigonometry?

Okay so it's been a really long time since I've taken geometry. Maybe like 3 years while I was in high school. I signed up for trig next semester. I am in college. I am excellent at algebra and was really good at geometry too, it's just I've forgotten it since its been a while. With a review ill refresh and it will come back to me.

My question is: what kind of topics should I review over the summer to be able to succeed and get an A in trig?

Honestly, as much as it sounds trig relies on geometry, it barely does. Trig really just deals with triangles and circles (maybe a rectangle here and there) - whenever geometry is needed, only the simplest of geometry is used for calculations (finding the area, or length of sides sometimes).

Being skilled in algebra, you will do just fine!! Trigonometry isn't as much related to algebra and geometry as it is higher subjects (i.e. calculus). It's a class in itself to prepare for higher level classes, and I wouldn't recommend any type of review because most of what you will learn will be entirely new.

It's a fun class, and I'm sure you'll do fine :)
