Why pray to Jesus when you can pray straight to God?

Wouldn't it be better to cut out the middle-man?

Has anyone done statistical analysis on this to see if it's more effective?

<<Why pray to Jesus when you can pray straight to God?>>

Praying to Jesus IS praying straight to God.

<<Wouldn't it be better to cut out the middle-man?>>

Jesus is NOT a middle man.

<<Has anyone done <snip> it's more effective?>>

Even if, would you believe it? Probably not, so what difference does it make?

The whole reason we were reconciled to God the Father was Jesus willingly dying in our behalf. This was a great sacrifice on "both of their parts". This led the way for us to receive everlasting life.

Jesus is the Only Begotten and First Born of all Creation...Therefore, it is proper to pray "through" Jesus name to Jehovah God. —Matthew 6:9; John 14:6.

Jesus is God. God is three parts - The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit - but still all one. Saint Patrick described The Trinity as leaves on a shamrock; I often wonder if He isn't like man who was made in His image, and who is also three distinct parts: mind, body, and spirit.
