Actually both of those expressions are correct!
He is talking about having intercourse while standing. This is possible; doubt it's pleasurable for the woman though. It's too quickly over to satisfy.
"He parties it up every night" simply means that he takes a different woman out every night and probably has sex with every one of them!
"Let's party" is a common expression for having fun. Usually dancing and drinking followed by sex.
Busy guy!! Or maybe lying about it all.
