Please help? Im so confused! what is the concentration of hydroxide ions in 0.100M solution of HCN?

I have followed all of the notes of log that my teacher has given me but the online homework keeps marking it as wrong, and it will soon give me no credit. I don't get how to do this? please help. thanks. It also asks to express to 3 significant digits and use the appropriate units.

Maybe you need to use Ka value for HCN.
