    A. 1.0x10^-14 is the equilibrium constant for water, Kw. B is avagadros number, C is the mass of an electron, and D is most likely referring to neutral pH.

    In the equation H2O --> [H]+ + [OH]-, Kw= [H+][OH-]/[H2O] = 1x10^-14

    [H2O] is just set at 1 so the answer is A.
