Whats a good workout for a 14 year old guy?

Hey everyone I am 14 and I want to get a workout routine. I have been looking, but I just cant find one I will find a website that looks good but then its just some air head wanting to get money. Can someone help me find a good workout? I want to build some chest muscle because I have a little bit of a protruding sternum its not bad at all I'm just skinny and really need to gain weight and build some muscle that's why I want a workout routine because it sucks being embarrassed by it when not having a shirt on. Can someone please help me? Thanks. I weigh about 135 and am about 5 foot 7.

If you are after building your pecs then these should help:
Weights: bench presses
No weights: push ups, chin ups (both hand positions), or rowing.

If you can find a way to add weights to your workout overtime it will help. To build muscle ultimately you want to do few repetitions with higher weights. To tone and cut you want higher reps with low weights or no weights.

But you should be working at these at least every second day. Remember to stretch (many body builders find their mobility is limited without stretching)
