Why would yahoo mail treat my private e-mail as spam?

If I want to send an e-mail with a single 640x480 or 200x200 pixel image to my friend or even to my self to yahoo e-mail from my private e-mail it never deliver instead get an error message:

delivery temporarily suspended: host
mta5.am0.yahoodns.net[XX.XXX.XXX.XX] refused to talk to me: XXX X.X.X
[TS03] All messages from XXX.XX.XX.XXX will be permanently deferred;
When I check the reason TS03 it says:

Description

This article provides reasons why you could receive a delivery failure message containing the error "XXX X.X.X [TS03]" and "messages from x.x.x.x. permanently deferred" when sending email messages to Yahoo! from an third-party service.

Resolution

This error message indicates we are seeing a high volume of messages from your IP address that is a characteristic of unsolicited, bulk emails. While this is a temporary SMTP error code, we do not recommend attempting to resend your messages until you examine your subscription practices and lists, and implement changes to ensure that your messages are sent only to users who have requested it.

If you have deployed significant changes or you have received this error for more than 48 hours, and you are the administrator for the message content or mailing policies, we ask that you review outgoing messages for potentially objectionable content or practices.

Please know that Yahoo! is unable to disclose specific information regarding our filtering practices; however, we do publish recommended guidelines for your review.

If you are not the administrator of the mail server in question, please contact the administrator directly with the error message you are receiving.

We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Yahoo takes a strong stand against spam and potential spam. You might want to switch to a different email provider that will allow you to send attachments.

You can file a report with Yahoo Customer Care through their help form so they can investigate. You will need to include a copy of the notice you received.

No I didn't get this e mail and it is surly a primitive manner from an amateur Hacker to have your password. Be mindful that yahoo (as an electronic mail provider) is dedicated by means of law to maintain and retailer the entire customers data (anything it's correct or not ) and back it up. From a different hand whenever we log in yahoo, we send ( by way of the log kind ) to yahoo data base our PW and electronic mail handle which captured and in comparison with the information which yahoo has and under his manipulate. If for anything reason yahoo has misplaced this information (your email and password), you're going to no longer be competent to log in P&S and post this query :-) Be keep
