Ok I am an American and I have the Freedom of Speech I go to a website like http://www.chat-avenue.com/datingchat.html everytime I express my Freedom of Speech I get kick out or ban. My question would I have the right to sue this website who beach my Freedom of Speech or I can't.

Without knowing what it is 'they' "kick out or ban" the question is impossible to answer; human nature being what it -is-, an actuary -could- put the odds at 1 chance in 3 hundred thousand that you could have said something that would be actionable to remedy were the site to remove it. And that would correlate with a 1 chance in 30,000 that a lawyer 'overlooked' the unlawful -form- of censure for that particular statement. But because those odds -are- so minuscule, you'll have an "impossible" effort convincing "anybody" that "it really happened".
That said, sure you could sue; "ya pays yer money and ya takes yer chances", "$4600 on number 23"

Nope, sorry. Your "freedom of speech," as guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution, only applies to the government. In other words, the government cannot pass a law, arrest you, or take other action to restrict your right to freedom of speech - within certain parameters set by the Supreme Court over the last 100 years or so of case law. No such restriction applies to a private website. They are not restricted by the First Amendment and they have every right to determine what they will and won't allow people to say on their website, and you have to abide by their chosen rules if you want the privilege of posting on that website. The First Amendment guarantees you the right to speak without government interference; it doesn't guarantee you the right to use any particular forum to express that speech. If you want to say something that violates a particular website's rules, then find another website that has different rules, or start your own blog or website.

No. A website isn't breaching your freedom of speech by kicking you out. They're not telling you that you can't say something.........they're just telling you that you can't say it THERE. An organization (or website) has the right to establish rules for people using their services. If you stood up in the middle of a church and began screaming or something, they would call the police and have you removed; it's the same thing. It's not a matter of what you can say or not say; it's just a matter of finding the right time and place to say it.

First of all, no, you can't sue a website. The person or organization who runs the website, maybe.
Second, it is THEIR site. They do not have to let you say anything. The Bill of Rights bars the GOVERNMENT from silencing you. It does NOT require any private party to publish your thoughts or you views.
