Tell us about they need to get him out of there, he keeps taking chances even though the odds are far from his favor. Hes dropping the ball, practically throwing it to them. When hes good hes GOOD when hes bad hes BAD.

he's old is basically what it comes down too. He can't take over games like he once use to be able to do and when he trys to is when he's a mess. He needs to accept the fact he's not the same player he once was and not act as such a big role or just retire
