Going to Orlando for my 21st birthday?

Question

I live in Tampa but I'm going to Orlando in August for my 21st birthday. I'll be there with a few friends and my mother (who's a partier so I'm not concerned about having to make sure everything's 'appropriate' for her). We'll be there for three days and staying on I-Drive. We're all going to be over 21, so we want something that's fun (but not clubby) that has good drinks. I was thinking Taverna Opa for dinner one night since I've been there before and it was fun. Also, we don't want to spend TONS of money (I'm shooting for about $15-20 per meal/person, excluding drinks of course).

I was thinking Taverna Opa also.  How about Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville  - just off I-drive -  There are so many new places downtown, but I really don't know the good ones

circulate to CityWalk!! and purchase a occasion bypass so u can get into all the golf equipment for that one million fee. Like $12 i think of.. if not then they are $6-8 each and every. Its soo exciting there. i could circulate saturday so u can occasion until ineffective night (your birthday)
