How do you get the Windows 8 key if you buy a brand new laptop with windows 8?

I just bought a new Samsung Laptop that came with Windows 8 4 months ago. But It suddenly go corrupted. My system restore made it a lot worse. Now every time I turn on my computer it just takes me to a blank page. I want to reboot my OS again, I could borrow my cousin's Windows 8 OEM but I would need the windows key that my laptop uses. 

How would I get the windows keys or at least an Operating CD

Either borrow the disk from a friend of your outta luck...Micro$oft doesn't care that the computer broke, and when asked will tell you to buy a new copy of Windows 8.

your laptop (net book /note pad) or whatever it is named will have the WINDOWS KEY on a sticker that relates to the OS it was shipped with so if it was shipped with W8 then the key will be for the installation of that OS 
borrow a W8 disc and then use your own key to verify that it is a good install and you have the licence to run that OS
