In a deep league where we keep almost everyone should I not keep him?

Other players I could keep Brandon Lloyd, Felix Jones, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Kevin Walter, Brandon Stokely. Also this is a PPR league.

There's no way that we can know wheter there wioll be any sanctions against Brown at this point. However, hios dogs were returned to him by court order. Currently there is no evidence that he knew that the dogs might have been mistreated. See: http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/philadelphia-eagles-rb-bryce-brown-dogs-seized-kennel-175323346.html . I'd keep him over any of the players you mentioned.
He does not have a record of breaking the law, that I know of, His only stain, is, "Brown, along with his brother Arthur, were named in a report from Yahoo! Sports alleging that student-athletes, coaches and administrators were aware and received impermissible benefits from an ex-booster Nevin Shapiro" only stain, "Brown, along with his brother Arthur, were named in a report from Yahoo! Violates college rules, but I don't think that will put him in jail.
Sorry, I hadn't heard about that.
"he has no ties to the alleged operation and is not involved in the investigation." "By Jon Benne on Jun 29 2013,"
I guess it depends if they can tie him to it. It's hard to he didn't know what was going on?
I have been owned by too many dogs over the years. Guilty should mean jail time.
Even if we knew if Brown was going to be in any trouble (you need to declare keepers in early July), we still wouldn't know the price of you keeping Brown without you telling us.
