Will Bryce Brown get in any trouble?

There's no way that we can know wheter there wioll be any sanctions against Brown at this point. However, hios dogs were returned to him by court order. Even if we knew if Brown was going to be in any trouble (you need to declare keepers in early July), we still wouldn't know the price of you keeping Brown without you telling us.
