Youtube account has changed to google account...?

I made a youtube account a few months back with a couple of videos, I logged in this morning and it said connect to your google account but now when I go back to youtube its a new blank account connected to my google account? I can't seem to get into my original youtube account anymore or access my videos on it :/

this time Google and you tube both are in agreement that if anyone has a google account he can access you tube easily.if you want to get back your original account then you have to contract with you-tube
