Which is healthier, a spinach tortilla or whole wheat bread?
I'm trying to decide which to use for a sandwich/wrap. They'll both have the same fillings, spinach, tuna, celery and cheese. So which is the healthier choice? Oh by the way, the whole wheat bread has no fat or sugar added. Thanks! :)

The answer depends on a number of factors and what you mean by "healthier". For example, strictly speaking, whole wheat bread (that is bread with 100% whole wheat flour as the main ingredient) will typically be "healthier" than a spinach tortilla as it has whole grains, decent fiber and protein, and will probably have no cholestoral and lower amounts of fat than a tortilla. The typical tortilla has higher amounts of fat, cholestoral and very little fiber. Conversally, if you are buying the cheapest whole wheat bread out there and it is full of trans fat and preservatives but your tortilla is organic than the tortilla might be the healthier option.
So, considering all things even, an organic piece of whole wheat bread is "healthier" than an organic spinach tortilla in most cases. A conventional piece of whole wheat bread is "healthier" than a conventional spinach tortilla in most cases.
Another piece of information to consider. A spinach tortilla typically has none of the health benefits of actual spinach. Often times the spinach is used only for coloring and no nutrients are passed along to the tortilla.

Most tortillas labeled spinach have little if any actual spinach in them...they're just green. Check the ingredients. Otherwise, stick with the whole wheat for the best nutritional benefit.
