My thighs touch and it hurts?

So, I have been working out everyday, I am seeing great results all over my body except for in between the thighs. they touch and that's not the big problem the problem is they touch and when I walk they rub so hard it feels like the skin between my thighs is ripping. I don't know what I should do about this problem. I'm not fat I have a good body, very curvy and thick. I do eat junk more than I should but then I always exercise with lots of cardio. I guess the exercise I do is not helping the problem enough. is their a special type of exercise I should do to get rid of this problem?

Thank you,

Sounds like chaffing to me. Rather than wearing shorts, try wearing some yoga pants. The kind that reach just above your knee, they will keep your thighs from chaffing against each other, and they arn't terribly expensive :)

Rub deoderant on the inside of your thighs (where they rub against each othher) it should stop the skin from feeling so sensitive and rippable

If you have more than 25% bodyfat, you are overweight, so get that checked.
