Prince William will never be King of England, because there hasn't been any such title since England ceased to be a kingdom centuries ago.

James VI of SCOTLAND inherited the English throne in 1603 and became the first king of the whole of Great Britain. A century later we united politically to form a single new country and kingdom.

William will the the King of the United Kingdom. Not England.

And Prince Harry is an heir to the throne, he just comes behind William and now baby George.

Prince Harry IS in line to become king of the United Kingdom. He is fourth in line after Prince Charles, Prince William and Prince George (Prince William's baby son).

Please note that England has not had a monarchy since it ceased to be a separate country in 1707.
