It doesn't make a man gay just because he enjoys a little anal play from time to time. A man's prostate is pretty much like their version of a g-spot. A lot of gays find it pleasurable to have it stimulated from time to time. A lot choose not to admit it because 1. They're embarrassed, 2. They don't want to be made fun of since it's so "taboo". A person or couple's sex life is no one's business but their own. You'd probably be surprised to know how many heterosexual couples actually involve some form of anal play into their sex life. You'd probably also be surprised at just what certain couples actually are into (there are some REALLY funky things out there that are WAY more "taboo" than a little anal play lol).
EDIT - I forgot to mention - It's only considered gay/bi if a man enjoys such things (or any type of sexual activity) from another man. If he strictly enjoys men when it comes to sexual things, he's gay. If he likes girls, yet also enjoys being sexual with fellow men, he's bi. If he's strictly all about women and just simply likes a little anal play/prostate stimulation, then he's straight.
