I don't see many responses from staff. My question, in attachments, has been ignored for days and I see a few others are only answered by general public. Is this the new Yahoo?

Contacting staff is not done through YA. They rarely if ever monitor the posts unless they are reported. There are ways to contact them.. Note, these numbers change and you may find some are not current. If you find that, let me know so I can update the list.

If you just want to emailt he Yahoo Answers staff, then their email address is: US: y_answrs_team@yahoo.com UK: y_answrs_team_uk@yahoo.co.uk AU: y_answrs_team_au@yahoo.com.au (the missing 'e' in 'answers' is intentional)
There are staff that answer Y! Mail questions e.g. http://answers.yahoo.com/activity?show=sBADYJwfaa
One point I would make is that it's not explicitly clear in your question what you are referring to. If you mean that you are unable to attach documents in Y! Mail and it's probably best to say so and to mention Y! Mail in the header of the question. This is more liable to attract attention of staff.
It's unlikely that staff are going to track back 3 days now so I would wait a couple of hours (until e.g. 09:30 PST) and post it then in that same category, mentioning Y! Mail specifically
It is only other users that answer in this category. If you want answers from Yahoo staff then you would have to email them direct. There are delays sometimes in getting a reply to emails from the staff, but this is probably down to how busy they are when the emails come into their inbox.
