my daughter just told me her stepdad has a camera in the bathroom of there home. My question is besides beating him senseless what can i do or should i do legally?I hate to accuse him or do something if it is not true. also she refuses to take a shower at my home because she is scared there might be a camera in our bathroom. This is sickening to me because i would never do **** like that.

So simple! Ask your daughter to show this to her mom.If she is not with her daughter ask for the custody of your daughter in the court. and live in the company of your daughter till she selects a suitable match.

Its a hard thing to answer realy because if u go to the police first and they don't find anything then it could be done as wasting police I'm but then if u go and don't find anything then u won't belive your daughter but I would just go over there and ask to come in and go to the bathroom and check if u find something leave it don't touch it and call the police and take pics of it in case he trys to get rid of it however if it isn't there it could be possible your child could have a mental proble and be agertated or possibley be takeing drugs this is not an insult but it could cause her to be seeing things and over protective

If your daughter genuinely believes there is a camera in a bathroom because she has seen it in the home you MUST, MUST! act. Call the police immediately, don't do anything to tip off your ex. Don't faff about on Yahoo.
Your kid may have seen something completely unrelated, I hope.

Ask her what bathroom it is and ask to go in just to use it and check it and film the camera
Remember the sicko might be filming you while your searching and filming and might come attack you so be ready and inform the police as soon as possible
