What is the best way to copyright many things?

I have at least 12 different comics that I would like to copyright. What is the cheapest way to do this EXCLUDING the "Poor Man's Copyright" method.

Is there a way to do it all in one nice package or can I only do my works individually?

The "cheapest" way to copyright things is to put your name and date on the originals and put them in a safe place. Done. You automatically own the copyright when you put your creative works of original authorship into tangible form (bits in computer memory, ink on vellum, voice on audio tape, w/e).

You can optionally register your copyright ownership in the USA using online forms for a $35 fee for each "title". You can, in theory, bundle an entire year's worth of your art into a portfolio and file with one fee. Or, you can file an "album" of two or more or you can file each one separately...
