Selling art/crafts on copyrighted things?
I see some people sell fanart and also sell clothing and other art crafts based on copyrighted things like Pokemon over the internet. Won't these people get sued?

Mostly it depends on level of production. Also, if it is their own craft, there may be a creative argument - "I drew this, so it is my creation" Normally, the suits are done by makers of products - like T-shirts - where people are producing identical products in quantity and claiming to be the original. The others mostly stand a risk of a cease and desist letter.
